In case you haven't heard there's a new kid on the block: Roselie Dining and Seafood Bar. Though the restaurant just opened a few months ago in the 30Avenue development, chef/owner Kevin Korman has been cooking up incredible meals in the area for quite sometime. 

I may be a little biased (my office is above the restaurant), but it is the perfect spot for a little happy hour wind down after work. Their happy hour specials and small plates are the perfect way to take the edge off of after a long day.

And, if you decide to stick around for dinner, you won't be disappointed there either. The menu features a variety of local sourced ingredients, which come together to create incredible entrees. A personal favorite of mine is the Ribeye. So good.

Last but certainly not least, a proper meal would not be complete without a bit of dessert. For that, Roselie has just the ticket. Their Mocha dessert is out of this world delicious. My father actually stopped by and ate it three days in a row. It's that good.

If you're looking to try something new on this weekend, I highly recommend you give Roselie a try. You will not be disappointed.
